How does it work?
We’ll work with you to plan every detail of your event. The chef arrives two hours before service begins. He prepares the dishes, sets the table, serves your guests, clears the tables, and cleans the kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy your guests! To ensure top-notch service, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
How does your catering event in the Landes region work?
1. Initial Contact
Once we’ve confirmed our availability, we’ll gather key information: the venue and its facilities, the types of meals you’d like, dietary restrictions and allergies, as well as your preferences and any special requests.
2. Custom Quote
We’ll provide you with a suggested menu. This will then be tailored to your specific needs and expectations. We contact the tableware rental company to inform them of our needs for the reception.
3. Tasting
Are you organizing a seminar, cocktail party, or professional event and looking for a specialized offering? Contact us and let’s plan your event together.
4. Confirmation
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
5. Customization & Organization
This is where our maître d’hôtel comes in. Event planning, bars, reception hall setup, specific dietary requirements for each guest, seating chart—everything is carefully planned and noted to ensure the reception is perfect.
6. The Big Day
Our team arrives on-site early. The venue will already be scouted or familiar to us. Payment is due before the service or on the day of the event.
